The IBA is the governing body of the sport of men’s outdoor bowls in Ireland. The IBA consists of the Northern Ireland Private Greens Bowling league (NIPGL), Northern Ireland Bowling Association (NIBA), Northern Ireland Provincial Bowling Association (NIPBA) and the Bowling League of Ireland (BLI).
