NOTES Licence Fee must accompany this application which must be received by the Honorary Secretary,

IBA, 15 Glenkeen, Randalstowm, Co. Antrim BT41 3IX

at least 30 days before the tournament starting date.

Licence Fee where total prize money for men does not exceed £300 Sterling is

£5.00 Sterling, otherwise it is 5% of total prize fund for men.

Tournaments involving women players may also need a licence from IWBA
