Anti Bullying in Sport

The Irish Bowling Association is supporting the Anti-Bullying in sport message and we would encourage all clubs to consider making their members aware of this message. Bullying behaviour is currently defined as “repeated use of power, by one or more persons, intentionally to harm, hurt or adversely affect the rights or needs of another or others”. (NI Anti-Bullying Forum). It can take many forms, but the 3 main types are: Physical, Verbal, Emotional
